These buy v/s build decisions are becoming part of the media and marketing mix; wiki’s, blogs, videos, etc., and Stratum has a growing demand for its expertise in how these work, what it takes to start one and keep it going. We aren’t going to ask you to pay us to create something that can be easily purchased (or might even be free online) because we have a bunch of programmers we are trying to keep busy.
