Virginia Zoo

Stratum was excited to work with the Virginia Zoological Society to redesign and reorganize their website. A multi-stage effort to take full advantage of the power of the web is underway - and the first step was a cleaner, simpler site that showcases the fantastic animals, plants, and activities they have to offer. The new site includes easy access to important information for planning visits to the Zoo, as well as for using their facilities for events and parties. We got so excited in fact that Stratum has committed to hosting the website on our hosting systems in Northern Virginia as a form of support for this fantastic Virginia resource.

California Olive Industry

Beaufort Advisors provides full-service clinical research and regulatory compliance solutions for medical device, in-vitro diagnostic, biomedical and pharmaceutical companies. They’ve hired Stratum to help them take that message online.

We find more and more that we are being asked to weigh the use of Social Community and other online resource sites for our clients. “Will YouTube be a ’bet my business‘ site to host our training videos?” “ What’s the upside of placing them there?” “ Is there a downside?” “ Who on my staff should comment on industry blogs?” “We need an Intranet wiki and we have a commitment to using Software as a service (SaaS) products, can you help us research and evaluate a solution?”

These buy v/s build decisions are becoming part of the media and marketing mix; wiki’s, blogs, videos, etc., and Stratum has a growing demand for its expertise in how these work, what it takes to start one and keep it going. What can you do and say that will be received well by your customers. We aren’t going to ask you to pay us to create something that can be easily purchased (or might even be free online) because we have a bunch of programmers we are trying to keep busy. What this section shows is Stratum’s flexibility in how it engages and at what frequency.
